Cancellation Window

Customers are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot to avoid operational charges.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted subject to technician availability and location scheduling constraints.

Late Changes

Same-day cancellations or repeated rescheduling may attract service management charges.

No-Access Cases

If technicians cannot access the service location at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked as chargeable and moved to the next available slot.
